Process
Intake and Analysis
Projects begin with an official intake meeting where a client's needs are discussed. If a client is trying to address a particular issue with training, an in-depth analysis may be recommended to get to the root cause. This ensures training is the correct answer to a challenge being faced. This discovery phase may involve virtual or in-person interviews with employees or on-site observations.
Design
Following the intake meeting, a solution is drafted. The solution is built out around measurable learning objectives that are used to define the content and the way in which the program is being assessed. A deliverable type (eLearning, training video, job aid, etc.) is selected based on the most effective way to communicate content to learners. If video is being used, storyboards and scripts are sent over for approval prior to moving into development.
Development
Development time is dependent upon the amount of content, and the type of deliverable(s). Drafts of projects are provided throughout the development phase to ensure the project is on track and the end product has the client's desired look and feel.
Implementation
All deliverables come with recommendations on how to implement them successfully. If a company uses an LMS system to distribute eLearning, all files will be formatted appropriately for easy distribution.
Evaluation
To ensure training is successful in execution and impact, surveys can be provided for learner feedback. Custom evaluation plans to assess long-term outcomes of the training can also be developed.
